Exchange Tower Achieves WiredScore Gold, Bangkok’s Benchmark for Digital Connectivity

Exchange Tower Achieves WiredScore Gold — Setting a New Standard for Digital Connectivity in Bangkok

Exchange Tower, a 42-storey Grade A office building located at the Asoke intersection on Sukhumvit Road, has been awarded WiredScore Gold certification for its digital connectivity. This recognition places Exchange Tower among a select group of WiredScore-certified office buildings in Bangkok, independently validating its ability to provide tenants with reliable, high-performance digital infrastructure.

What Is WiredScore?

WiredScore is an internationally recognized certification that evaluates the quality of digital connectivity in commercial buildings. Established in New York in 2013, it has certified more than 4,000 buildings worldwide, including iconic properties such as the Empire State Building and Salesforce Tower. It is also acknowledged by GRESB as a Green Building Certification Scheme.

Buildings are scored out of 100 points across five key areas: tenant experience, resilience, choice of service providers, future-readiness, and mobile coverage. Based on their performance, buildings receive one of four ratings: Certified, Silver, Gold, or Platinum.

What Does WiredScore Gold Mean?

WiredScore Gold signifies that a building delivers robust, reliable, and future-ready digital infrastructure. It ensures strong connectivity, access to multiple internet providers, and systems designed to reduce downtime—making it ideal for organizations with high digital demands. As a premium certification level just below Platinum, it reflects a building’s strong capability to support modern business operations.
